转型社会中农民工城市社会资本的缺失与构筑

农民工真正实现市民化是我国城镇化健康发展的必然要求，也是构建和谐社会的重要内容，城市社会资本的构筑有利于农民工融入现代城市生活，加速市民化进程。当下，农民工在城市中私人关系型社会资本、组织型社会资本和制度型社会资本的不足严重影响了其城市融入过程。因此，应当建立以政府政策制度支持为前提，以社会文化环境支持为基础，以组织为核心，以自身能力和文化素质提高为动力的农民工城市社会资本构筑框架体系，不断丰富农民工私人关系型社会资本、组织型社会资本和制度型社会资本的存量，以加速农民工市民化进程，促进城市社会经济协调发展，构建和谐社会。

Deficiency and Construction of Migrant Workers＇ Social Capital in the Course of Society Transition

The real urbanization of migrant workers is an inevitable requirement for China＇s sound urbanization development, and an important part in building a harmonious society. To set up social capital in cities helps migrant workers blend into modern urban life and accelerate the process of urbanization. At present, the deficiency of private relation type social capital, organization based and system based social capital severely affected the urban integration process for migrant workers in cities. Therefore, a frame system of migrant works＇ social capital in cities should be built, with government policy and system support as the precondition, socio-cuhural environment as the foundation, organizations as the core, individual＇ s ability and cultural quality improvement as the motive, to constantly enrich peasant-workers＇ private relation type social capital, organization based and system based social capital so as to speed up the urbanization process of migrant workers, promote the coordinative development of social economy in cit- ies, and build a harmonious society.
