新形势下的制造业空间结构调整与产业转移

为验证新经济地理理论关于市场一体化与产业地理集中和地区专业化关系的假设，利用基尼系数测算了1985—2008年我国制造业两位数行业的地理集中程度及其变动趋势，发现我国制造业空间结构变化可以分为三个阶段：20世纪80年代末是制造业空间调整期，趋于空间分散；20世纪90年代初至2005年，制造业地理集中程度快速提高；2005年以后再次出现分散趋势，且分散的主要方向是制造业从东部地区向内陆省份转移。同时，四大板块间的专业化水平也相应降低。但长远看，我国制造业空间结构在新一轮调整完成后，地理集中程度和地区专业化水平仍会继续上升。

The Spatial Structure Adjustment and Industrial Transfer of Chinese Manufacturing Industry

The Krugman hypothesis, according to which economic integration will result in more regional specialization and more geographical concentration, can be based on a variety of theoretical arguments. In order to make an empirical test on the Krugman hypothesis, this paper calculates Gini index to measure the geographical concentration of manufacturing industry and its developing trend based on Two - Digit manufacturing data in China from 1985 to 2008. This study found out that the dynamics of the spatial structure of China manufacturing industry can be divided into three stages ： the geographical concentration of China Manufacturing industry decreased in the late 1980s, increased from 1990s to 2005 and decreased again after 2005. Especially After 2005, the manufacturing industry has transferred from eastern coastal areas to inland areas and regional specialization decreased. But we can predict that geographical concentration and regional specialization will go up after the spatial structural adjustment of Chinese manufacturing industry.
