我国农村劳动力双重转移机制影响因素的实证分析

我国农村劳动力转移存在“离土不离乡”型和“民工潮”型双重机制。不同机制的影响因素不同，依据我国1985—2009年的相关数据，实证分析了各因素对两类农村劳动力转移的影响。得出影响“民工潮”型劳动力转移的主要因素在于城镇化发展，而并非城乡收入差距；收入差距是“离土不离乡”型劳动力转移的主要影响因素等结论。并在实证分析基础上进一步提出了若干建议。

An Empirical Investigation into the Influencing Factors of the Double Rural Labor Transfer Mechanism in China

Rural labor transfer has double mechanism in China. Different mechanisms have different influencing factors. The paper uses econometrics approaches to study the factors that caused the rural labor transfer double mech- anism based on the related data from1985 to 2009. It comes to the conclusion that the main factor influencing the ＂ overflow of migrant laborers＂ lies in urbanization process, but not in the income gap between urban and rural areas which is the major cause of the ＂leaving the farmland but not the homeland＂ type labor transfer. And finally, some suggestions are put forward based on the empirical analysis.
