| 摘 要： | 发展我国的经济,全面建设小康社会,必须依赖服务业的发展,而要快速发展我国的服务业就必须推动我国的服务业向智能服务业转变。本文提出了智能服务业的概念,并对提出智能服务业概念的意义以及智能服务企业微观运转模式、产生途径进行了初步讨论。

| Abstract: | The economic development and construction of the well-to-do society must depend on the development of service industry.To accelerate the development of service industry in China,a transform from traditional service industry to intelligent service industry(ISI) must be pushed ahead.This paper puts forward the concept and significance of ISI,and explores the micro-operational mode of ISI and the shaping approaches of ISI. |
