| 摘 要： | 回顾了20世纪末以来国外关于能源金融方面的研究进展,分析了能源价格定价机理、能源金融衍生品创新、能源金融路径选择、能源金融风险管理和安全机制设计等一系列热点问题,并进行了评述。结合中国能源金融发展的现状,对能源金融在中国的发展作了简要分析。

| Abstract: | This article reviewed the overseas research on energy finance since the end of the 20th century. It also analyzed the series of hot issues of the pricing mechanism of energy prices, the innovation of energy financial derivatives, energy financial path selection, energy financial risk management, security mechanism designed. Related literatures were also briefly reviewed. Combining the status of China＇s energy finance development, the future development of energy finance in China were analyzed and forcasted. |
