| Abstract: | This paper argues that a lot of phenomena of “imposing land violently”are caused by two reasons： one is the land property -rightsdeficiency,especially the strict limits of the right of land use and land transfer,the other is the high transaction costs,including measurement costand information cost. Two implications on the basis of hypothesis are tested by the facts. |
