| 摘 要： | 本文将数据包络分析法(Data Envelopment Analysis,DEA)引入我国商业银行的效率研究,建立了基于DEA的商业银行效率评价模型,并应用该模型对我国四大国有商业银行与十大股份制商业银行2002年的经营效率进行了比较。研究结果表明,四大国有商业银行的效率显著低于十大股份制商业银行;我国商业银行总体处于DEA无效率,其很大程度上是缘于规模无效率。规模不当已成为制约我国商业银行经营效率提高乃至可持续发展的症结所在,而要解决这一问题的关键在于妥当处理商业银行发展过程中所必须面临的技术提升与规模扩张之间的关系。

| Abstract: | The paper,by introducing DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) to the research of efficiency of China commercial banks,sets up the model of efficiency evaluation.A comparison is made on the efficiency between the four wholly state-owned commercial banks and ten joint-stock commercial banks in 2002.The empirical results demonstrate that the efficiency of the former is significantly lower than that of the latter.The inefficiency of the whole China commercial banks is because of scale-inefficiency to a great extent.Inappropriate scale has restricted the improvement of efficiency of China commercial banks and the long-term sustainable development.The key to settle the tough problem lies in properly dealing with the relationship between the technological advancement and scale extension in the development of China commercial banks. |
