| 摘 要： | 随着经济的发展,非财务因素在企业经营中发挥着越来越重要的作用,因此,对企业非财务业绩的评价已日益引起重视。本文从非财务业绩评价的角度,讨论了企业经营业绩评价中非财务指标的设置,建立了一套适合企业进行非财务业绩评价的指标体系。
