| 摘 要： | 跨国并购对相关主体产生何种影响,是跨国并购盛行以来最受关注的问题之一,也是实证检验的主要对象。本文总结了现有文献对跨国并购之影响的研究方法、研究内容和研究结论。进而提出了今后对我国市场上的跨国并购问题进行实证研究的方向。
