| 摘 要： | 以中国-东盟自由贸易区建立为背景,运用企业战略分析工具SWOT分析法,对我国中小企业投资东盟战略进行梳理,认为我国中小企业对东盟市场投资是机会风险并存,因此采取经济发展和文化交流并重的方式进入东盟市场,发挥当地华人网络优势,把投资信息,投资领域以及驻外管理人员的培养融入其中。

| Abstract: | On the background of CAFTA,this paper discusses the investment strategy of small and medium-sized enterprises on ASEAN by using the SWOT analytic method.It indicates that the opportunities and risks coexist for small and medium-sized enterprises in the ASEAN market investment.Therefore,to enter the ASEAN market,the economic development and the cultural communication should be paid equal attention to take advantage of the network of local Chinese,to collect the investment information,expend the investment domain and train the administrators. |
