服务型领导风格、工作满意度对研发团队创新行为的影响

服务型领导理论是组织管理领域新提出的一个理论。服务型领导风格对团队成员行为和态度影响的实证研究很少。文章以长三角地区的17家企业中的221个研发团队为样本,运用实证方法研究了服务型领导风格、工作满意度与研发团队创新行为之间的关系,以及工作满意度在服务型领导风格与创新行为关系中的中介作用。研究发现:服务型领导风格与工作满意度正相关;工作满意度与创新行为呈正相关;服务型领导风格与创新行为呈正相关。工作满意度在服务型领导风格与研发团队创新行为之间起到完全中介作用。

On the Impact of Servant Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction on Innovative Behaviors of R＆D Teams

Since the servant leadership theory is a new theory introduced to the organization management field, there is less empirical study of the impact of servant leadership style on the team members＂ behavior and attitude. This paper, based on the data of 221 R＆D teams in 17 enterprises located in the Yangtze River Delta, employs the empirical study method to analyze the relationship among servant leadership style, job satisfaction and innovation behavior of R＆D teams, and the mediating impact of job satisfaction between servant leadership style and innovation behavior. The results show that there is a positive correlation between servant leadership style and job satisfaction, so is between job satisfaction and innovation behavior, as well as between servant leadership style and innovation behavior, and the job satisfaction plays a full mediating role between servant leadership style and innovation behavior of R＆D teams.
