公共投资的区域经济增长效应

我国已把公共投资作为政府扩大内需,促进经济社会全面发展的重要手段,并已开始利用公共投资的扩张手段来实现经济持续稳定增长。文章运用计量经济方法,对我国在东、中和西部区域的公共投资对经济增长的效应问题进行分析。结果表明,东、中和西部区域的公共投资对各区域经济增长具有显著的正向影响。并且不同区域的经济增长效应存在明显的差别,其中西部区域的公共投资效应明显低于东部和中部区域。

The Regional Economy Growth Effect of Public Investment

In our country,the public investment has become an important tool to expand the government needs and promote the economics and society all-round developing,so,our country has already begun to make use of the expansion of public investment to realize the economy to grow continually and steadily.Therefore,this article utilizes the method of measurement economic to testify the regional effect of public investment in east,neutral and west region.The results of case testing indicates that each region public investment all has positive and remarkable influence on the growth of regional economy,and economic growth in different regions exists significant differences.Moreover,thea public investment in the western region is significantly lower than that of the eastern and central regions.
