| 摘 要： | 企业风险具有传导性。与之前学者们对企业风险管理的研究相比,认为企业风险传导是风险管理研究的新课题,也是风险管理研究体系的重要组成部分。剖析了企业风险传导的条件,对企业风险传导进行分类,探讨性提出企业风险传导依赖的路径。
