战略知识产权管理理论依据及驱动因素分析

SIPM approach includes an investment toward Intellectual Property , Intellectual Property strategy formulation and implementation, Intellectual Property planning, and Intellectual Property evaluation, and that designing and implementing strategic intellectual property practices to ensure that the output of a firm＇s intellectual property contribute to the achievement of the firm＇s objectives and competitive advantage. Main theoretical basis of SIPM includes coupling theory , systemic controlling thought, core capability theory and dynamic capability theory. Factors driving traditional law -orientated intellectual property management changing into SIPM can be divided into two categories： environment factors and corporate factors.
