| 摘 要： | 基于MIT的14种商业模式原型,从商业模式角度,对中美上市公司的总量分布,4种资产类型的商业模式对比分析,发现各不相同,其原因是中美企业一个是追求企业现金流,一个是追求企业价值;作为创新主体一个是标准的“工业时代”的企业家群体,一个是标准的“信息时代”的企业家队伍.产业所处的周期也有所不同.基于中美之间的对比明晰了中国企业商业模式创新的路径:从一般的制造商到创新型制造商、从单一的商业模式到智能型商业模式、从加法型商业模式到乘法型商业模式等路径.

| Abstract: | This paper,based on MIT’ s 14 business prototypes,analyzes and contrasts the total distribution of the listed Sino-US companies and business models of four kinds of asset types,and finds that they are different from each other.The reason for that lies in different pursuits: one goes for enterprise cash flow,the other for enterprise value.As main innovative body,one is a group of standard "Industry Age" entrepreneurs while the other is a group of standard "Information Age" entrepreneurs.In addition,the industry cycle is different too.The comparison of Sino-US business models clarifies the path of business model innovation for Chinese enterprises,namely,the transition from general manufacturers to innovative manufacturers,from a single business model to intelligent business model,from addition business models to multiplication business models. |
