There are many problems in the process of urban-rural integration,such as huge difference between agricultural and non-agricultural labor productivity,different labor quality in urban and rural areas,a huge gap in investment in fixed assets between urban and rural areas.The causes behind them involve: inadequate government functions,incomplete policies and regulations,existing urbanization malformations,increasing contradiction in urban-rural interest adjustment.Therefore,at this stage,more attention should be paid to urban-rural planning integration and urban-rural industry integration.
