| 摘 要： | 财政在西方国家的发展已经有200多年的历史,其管理的范畴呈逐渐扩大的趋势。二战以后,凯恩斯的国家干预思想对财政的发展影响很大,从而奠定了公共财政的基础。我国目前正在建立社会主义市场经济,应该积极借鉴西方发达国家在公共财政方面的管理经验,以建立有中国特色的公共财政管理模式。

| Abstract: | The development of public finance in western countries has been over 200 years.Its administration tends to spread.After WWII,Keynes' theory,intervention of nation in public finance,played a positive role in the development of public finance,thus built its foundation.In this paper the author suggests that China learn the experiences on administration of public finance from the developed countries to construct a model of public finance with Chinese characteristics. |
