摘    要:当社会经济关系处于和谐稳定发展状态时,社会和谐才有实现的可能。在诸多的社会经济关系中,劳动关系是一种最基本的经济关系,对社会和谐、有序发展有直接重大的影响。如今劳动关系日趋复杂化,涌现出许多新的矛盾和问题:劳动合同管理不到位,社会保障制度的缺失与不完善,劳动保障监察力度不够,工会组织的协调作用不到位,国家对企业的指导与约束力度不够。针对这些问题,我们要积极采取以下措施:认真执行劳动合同制度;进一步完善社会保障制度;加强劳动保障监察力度;工会组织要积极协调劳动关系;确立评选优秀企业的合理标准。

Abstract:A harmonious society can be realized if the social economic relationships are in harmonious and stable development.Of many social economic relationships,laboring relationship is basic,which has a direct and enormous influence on social harmony and development.In the transition from planned economic system to marketing economic system,laboring relationship is becoming more and more complex.Therefore,many problems arise,such as,the inefficient management of laboring contract,the lack of social security system,insufficient supervision on laboring security,imperfect coordination by labor union,and inefficient restraint of the government on enterprise,etc.Thus,some corresponding measures should be adopted to solve the problems.
