| 摘 要： | 我国农村文化产业还未真正"成形"的主要原因是投融资机制建设的缺失。通过总结和分析我国农村文化产业投融现状和面临的困境,提出了建立"以政府行政手段为主导,经纪机构等中介机构为桥梁,保险机构为保障,农民自筹和金融机构信贷为主、民间资本、企业投资和外资投入等形式为重要补充"的行政与市场并行的"双轨"机制实现路径。

| Abstract: | The culture industry of China starts late and the rural culture industry of it has not really shaped yet.The main reason for it is shortage of financing mechanism.This paper puts forward the significance of constructing China’s financing mechanism of rural culture industry,sums up the situation and challenges of it,and proposes a path of two-way mechanism with administration and market functions which is guided by the government,based on self-financing of farmers and credit of financial institutions,and mainly supplemented by support of private capital,enterprises and foreign capital. |
