二十多年的改革开放使我国的农业经济在向市场经济的转型过程中取得了巨大的成就,但是,要使我国农业彻底摆脱自然经济性质进入市场经济的发展轨道,还有很长的路要走。如果我国农村家庭联产承包制的目前形式长期保持不变,必然会与规模经济、社会化大生产相抵触,制约农业经济的商品化、市场化、现代化进程,并在整体上影响我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善,因此,必须在巩固前一时期农村经济体制改革成果的基础上,深化农村经济体制改革。

The Relationships between System Innovation and Agricultural Development

Twenty years'opening to the world has made great achievements in the course of changing agricultural economy into market economy in China.But it's a long way to go for the agriculture to get rid of the nature of natural economy completely and develop market economy.Remaining the economic responsibility system with contracted jobs in the countryside will naturally go against large-scale production and socialized production,and restrict the course of commercialization?marketing and modernization of agricultural economy.As a result this will on the whole affect the establishment and improvement of our country's socialist marketing economic system.Therefore,the reform of agricultural economic system must be deepened to maintain the achievements obtained in early period of the reform of economic system.
