| 摘 要： | 中国旅游业正沿着以散客为主的大众旅游全新时代的脉络向前发展,这使得游客的旅游需求具有灵活、个性和多样化的特征,可见旅游公共服务的作用愈发突出。本文将以往旅游公共服务的相关文献进行梳理,并对旅游公共服务的相关概念、内容构成、供给机制、公共信息以及感知评价等方面进行了阐述和分析,以求对现有研究状况进行全面展示。最后,对有关公共服务的研究提出展望。
