| Abstract: | China＇s listed companies have begun to take shape,and corporate governance is a basic strategy to promote the development of listed companies.Intellectual property strategy has become an effective way to cultivate modern enterprise competitiveness.Corporate governance theory should take full advantage of the latest development of intellectual property research results in order to more effectively promote the growth of China＇s listed companies.The integration between corporate governance theory and property rights theory can start in six aspects of shareholders control,board governance,supervisor governance,managers governance,information disclosure and stakeholder. |
