| Abstract: | This paper mainly discusses such problems as the concepts of private enterprises and private entrepreneurs respectively, the latter's coming into being, the gauge of the entrepreneurs' human capital value, the quality of the entrepreneurs and the comprehensive appraisement index system, the family system of the private enterprises, the status quo and the development strategy of the entrepreneurs in Zhejiang province, etc. Based on this, the problems about the private entrepreneurs are studied comprehensively. |
