| 摘 要： | 通过小鼠T淋巴细胞转化及B淋巴细胞转化测定;巨噬细胞吞噬功能测定;T 细胞亚群CD3 、CD4 、CD8 和NK细胞活性测定等方法,评价红豆杉多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响.结果显示红豆杉多糖可以提高荷瘤小鼠的免疫细胞功能;能够明显提高CTX所减低的小鼠T、B淋巴细胞转化功能和巨噬细胞吞噬作用,表明对免疫功能有较好的促进作用.

| Abstract: | Effects of the polysaccharides from taxus on immune functions of tumor - bearing mice were studied by a serial of experiments including T and B lymphocytes transformation test,macrophage phagocytosing function test,and subgroups of T lymphocyte - CD3,CD4 and CD8 and NK killer cell viability test.The results showed that the polysaccharides from taxus could improve the immune functions of tumor - bearing mice by obviously enhancing the T and B lymphocytes transformation functions and the macrophage phagocytos... |
