| 摘 要： | 循环经济是提升传统产业生产模式的必然选择，实现转变的基本途径包括提升产业层次；政府加大政策研究、资金支持力度；加快生态工业园区的规划建设，逐步形成产品代谢链条；在废物代谢方面形成企业间的互利共生机制；激活循环经济的企业主体活力等方面。

| Abstract: | Recycle economy is the inevitable choice to promote the production mode of traditional industry. The basic methods of transition include ： improving the industrial level, strengthening policy research and financial support by government, speeding up planning eco - industrial park, gradually forming the chain of product metabolism, shaping the mutualism mechanism in waste metabolism and activating the vigor of enterprise as the subject of recycle economy and so forth. |
