| Abstract: | Nowadays, there exist double defects in the library system management and cultural management. On the basis of the relation between the library system management and cultural management, the concept of ＂ system · culture management ＂ is put forward. It states the theoretical basis, basic principles and practice strategies concerning the equal importance of modern library system management and culture management. |
