| 摘 要： | 该文从高等教育的上层建筑属性、教师是影响学生思想政治素质的主体力量、满足高校教师关心时事和积极主动参与政治活动的需求及实现在解放思想中的思想统一等角度，论证了高校党委必须高度重视教师政治（理论）学习和意识形态教育这一命题。

| Abstract: | Viewing from the super-structural attribute of higher education and that the teachers are the main power influencing the students ideological and political qualities and that their needs to care the current affairs and participate actively in political activity should be met, as well as the ideological unification in emancipating the mind, the proposition that the Party Committee of higher school must lay high emphasis on the teachers` political study and ideological education is demonstrated. |
