摘    要:对近年来脂联素水平与运动干预改善T2DM症状的相关文献进行了回顾,并对其可能机制从理论上进行了推测:认为运动能调节和改善IR,可能是通过改善脂联素的基因表达和分泌实现的;运动干预糖尿病,可能与调节脂质代谢、竞争性抑制其他相关炎症因子分泌等生物学机制有关.

Abstract:This paper reviews the recent literatures on the adiponectin level and using exercise intervention to improve T2DM symptoms,and predicts its possible mechanism theoretically. It holds that sports can adjust and improve the IR,which is possibly through improving the gene expression and secretion of adiponectin. Exercise intervention in diabetes may be related to some biological mechanisms such as regulation of lipid metabolism,and competitive inhibition of other related inflammation factors.
