| Abstract: | This paper brings up a new theory in library management in 21st century. It expounds the necessity and the importance of the information literacy education for college students, and argues that library can play a very important role in college students' information literacy education. And exerting the influence of this kind of depends on carrying through the library management idea of " concentrating on person", as well as building humanistic environment for the libraries. |
