| Abstract: | Newly founded undergraduate colleges and universities are fresh blood in the development of our country's higher education, and system construction is of top priority. Based on the exploration of the existing problems during the system construction of these newly founded undergraduate colleges and universities, this essay analyzes the causes of the existing problems and presents the countermeasures. |
