| 摘 要： | 该文以一个“城中镇”——井岗镇为例，从其形成、生存状况到趋向进行了剖析，反思当前我国城市化过程中“城中镇”出现的内在动因，提出了我国城市化应避免“早熟”的城市化，需要明确土地收益的分配，理顺行政管理体制，加强城市有序扩张的对策。

| Abstract: | Jingang town, as a case study of " towns inside a city ", is made from its past, and present to future roles in this paper. The paper also presents the cause of " towns inside a city ". Relative strategies are put forward to deal with land benefit allotment and enforce administrating institutions so that urban development is going in the right direction. |
