嘉兴市外来农民工培训调查研究

在浙江省劳动和社会保障厅发布了《关于做好外省来浙务工农村劳动者职业技能培训的通知》后，嘉兴市外来农民工职业技术培训的状况有所好转，但还存在“收入低”“工作环境差”“没有发展前途”“管理不公平”等问题，必须加强政府领导，优化整合资源；加大宣传力度，完善投入机制；健全培训体系，提高培训质量；加强管理调控，营造良好环境。

An Investigation into Migrant Peasant Workers' Training in Jiaxing

After the issue of the relevant government document for the training of peasant workers,the situation of the professional technical training of the migrant peasant workers has been improved.But there still exist some problems such as"low income","poor work condition","no prospect for development",and"unequal management",etc. Therefore,it is imperative to enhance the government guide and optimize the integration of resources;to broaden the propaganda and perfect the investment mechanism;to consummate the training system and improve the quality of train- ing;to strengthen the management and control and create a good environment.
