摘    要:近年来出现的“民工荒”是私营企业职工利益得不到保障、劳资矛盾长期积累的结果,这与私营企业的“人治”管理、基于“经济人”人性理念和只追求家族利益最大化的单目标理念密切相关,所以要从根本上解决“民工荒”,私营企业必须树立“法治”“人本化”和兼顾职工利益的管理理念。

Abstract:The causes for "peasant worker shortage" in recent years are the insecurity of workers' rights and profits and the accumulation of labor-capital contradiction in private enterprises.The resolution to peasant worker shortage is that private enterprises change their management perspectives from "governance by person" to "governance by law",from "economic human nature" to humanism idea and from maximum family's profits to consideration of both family and worker interests.
