| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济的迅速发展和人类可持续发展战略的要求，绿色住宅将成为21世纪主导的居住模式。绿色住宅理念应贯穿到住宅产业的规划设计、开发施工、建材生产、装修装饰直到使用管理的各个环节中去。为了使绿色住宅从概念走向产品，必须明确其基本内涵，并通过严格的认证体系加以规范。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the requests of sustainable development, green housing will be a leading housing pattern in the 21st century. The green -housing idea should be carried out through the whole housing industry from the design,building,producing of building to material and ornament. In order to turn the green-house idea into green -house products,we should study the radical connotation of green - house and standardize the development of green-housing with a strict authentication system. |
