摘    要:硒是与人体健康密切相关的必需微量元素之一。硒过量或不足都会给机体带来不利影响。由于硒及含硒酶所具有的强抗氧化作用对于提高机体运动能力及对运动后疲劳的恢复具有重要作用,近年来,已受到国内外运动医学界的广泛关注,并有许多学者做了大量工作。文章在简要介绍硒元素生物学作用的基础上,重点综述了硒与运动的研究进展情况,并对其机制进行了总结。

Abstract:Selenium is one of the trace elements closely related to human health.But both more than enough and insufficient amount of selenium will bring about bad effect on health.Recently,it has attracted wide attention home and abroad in medicine field,because of selenium and selenium-containing enzymes' strong antioxidation effect and researches have been done by many scholars.This paper,based on a brief introduction to selenium's biology effect,focuses on the analysis of the advance with selenium and exercise and its mechanism.
