| 摘 要： | 该文通过对我国各历史时期农村劳动力的转移流动的反思，总结农村劳动力流动的基本特征，提出逐步取消户籍、身份、地域等对农村劳动力的就业限制，形成城乡一体化的劳动力市场和统一的市场规则机制，探索建立统筹管理城乡劳动力，实现城乡用人单位自主用工和城乡劳动力自主择业的新型劳动用工机制，是当前农村劳动力转移过程中亟待解决的问题。

| Abstract: | This article reflects the shifting of rural laborers in every historical periods of our country, summarizes its essential features. The restriction of household registration system, identity and region boundaries to the employment of the rural laborers should be gradually cancelled. It is urgent to develop an integrated labour market of urban and rural areas, unified market mechanism, and a free employment and free job-selecting system. |
