| Abstract: | The course of Recessive Moral Education plays a very important role in students' moral education in higher vocational and technical colleges.This paper deals with the basic contents of the course,its characteristics and necessities of construction,and puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen such a course in higher technical and vocational colleges. |
