| 摘 要： | 选取1995-2003年间我国FDI、GDP的时间序列资料,描绘了外商直接投资和经济增长的运行轨迹,发现了我国利用外资与经济增长的基本态势基本相似的情况。在对其各方面原因进行分析以后,提出了相应的解决方法。
