人力资本与收入不平等的代际间传递

摘    要:对收入不平等问题的研究可以从多个方面进行。本文构造了一个分析框架,认为在资本市场不完善、人力资本投资支出过高以及人力资本拥有较高收益率等前提下,父辈之间初始的收入不平等会导致他们子女之间的人力资本差异,而这种差异又会导致在子女之间形成新一轮的收入不平等,从而收入不平等在代际间得以动态化和长期化。本文根据中国的现实,进行了相关的分析和讨论。

Abstract:The research on income inequality has been documented already.This paper builds an analytical framework,which argues the income inequality in parents would lead to the difference in human capital among their offspring and further lead to the income inequality in offspring under the condition of capital market imperfection.Because of the payment for human capital investment beyond certain families and the high return to human capital investment,income inequality would be transferred in generations.Finally,relevant problem in China are also discussed.
