| 摘 要： | 产业结构优化升级是经济持续增长的推动力。本文通过探讨资本市场作用于产业结构优化升级的机制途径,在对中国资本市场的产业结构进行描述性分析和利用2000—2008年季度数据进行实证检验的基础上,研究发现目前我国资本市场的发展不利于产业结构优化升级。最后从产业结构优化升级的角度探讨今后我国资本市场的发展路径。

| Abstract: | Optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is the driving force for sustainable economic growth. Through discussions on the effect of capital market on optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, the paper analyzes the industrial structure of capital market and makes an empirical study by the quarter data from 2000 to 2008. It shows that China’s capital market is not conducive to optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. Finally, the paper puts some suggestions about the development of capital market from the angle of optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. |
