| 摘 要： | 本文首先分析了成熟国际航运中心城市的发展历史,在进行广泛国际比较的基础上讨论了上海国际航运中心发展的阶段特征以及与其他国际航运中心的差距,文章最后就如何实现上海国际航运中心的建设目标提出了一些有针对性的支持政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the development history of mature international-shipping-center cities.Then it discusses the stage characteristics of the development of Shanghai as an international shipping center and the differences between Shanghai and other international shipping centers based on extensive international comparison.Finally,it raises some supporting policy suggestions about how to realize the goal of constructing Shanghai as an international shipping center. |
