基于因子和聚类分析的全国农业节水灌溉绩效研究

摘    要:本文基于SAS系统的因子分析,得出了我国31个省市节水灌溉绩效的综合得分和排名,并分析了各省市年际间绩效和排名的动态变化及原因。在聚类分析的基础上,进行了全国节水灌溉分区。这些结果为政府进行全国节水灌溉事业的整体规划,推动全国节水灌溉事业的协调发展和整体进步提供了参考。

Abstract:Based on the factor analysis using the SAS system,this paper obtains the comprehensive scoring and ranks of China's 31 provinces(cities,districts) in terms of their performance in the water saving irrigation,and analyzes the dynamic changes in their performance and ranks over these years.Furthermore,in this paper,by applying the cluster analysis,the country is subdivided into different zones for the water saving irrigation.All these contribute to provide very useful references for the government to carry out a macrocosmic planning of the water saving irrigation all over the country,which is aimed at promoting the harmonious development and the overall progress of China's water saving irrigation program.
