市场机制能否保障主体的自由和交换的公正？

现代主流经济学认为，不仅无形的手可以实现个人利益与他人或社会利益的和谐一致，而且不受干预的市场交换本身就是自由而公正的。但这种论点显然是肤浅的：一者，市场交换的自由至多是消极意义上的，而在积极意义上却相差很大；二者，市场交换的公正至多是形式程序上的，而在起点及后果上却相差极大。其实，市场机制实际上包含了两个维度：一是抽象的市场规则，二是具体的市场伦理；两者的相互补充和促进才促使市场的不断成熟，但现代主流经济学却仅仅将市场机制等同于力量博弈。

Can Market Mechanism Ensure the Freedom of Subject and the Justice of Exchange？

According to modern mainstream economics, invisible hand can lead to the harmoniousness of individual interest and social interest, and market exchange without intervention is also free and just. However, this opinion is very superficial. On the one hand, the freedom on marker exchange is of negative meanings at most while there is completely different from positive meanings. On the other hand, the justice on marker exchange is related to forms and procedures at most while there is completely different from the beginning and the consequence. As a matter of fact, market mechanism consists of two dimensions, namely abstract market rules and concrete market ethics. Only when these two dimensions complement each other, can the market become more mature little by little. Unfortunately, modern mainstream economics just takes market mechanism as a kind of game process based on power.
