| 摘 要： | 本文从汇率、总量和结构三个方面探讨我国贸易顺差的形成原因,认为我国贸易失衡的主要原因并非是人民币低估引起的。文章认为,用人民币升值来调节由结构原因引起的外贸失衡是不恰当的,汇率政策只能作为辅助调节措施。我国主要调节措施应包括缩减加工贸易规模、平衡经济结构和转变经济增长方式等。
