| 摘 要： | 经典金融经济学理论体系存在风险概念界定不符合现实、理性人假设与不确定性选择存在逻辑冲突以及无套利均衡方法不能很好解释现实等矛盾和问题。本文通过分析认知机理和投资者行为,构建了一个初步的分析框架。

| Abstract: | There exist some illogicalities in the theoretical system of classical financial economics: the definition of concepts does not conform to real situations;logical conflicts between rational person hypothesis and uncertainty choice;non-arbitrage equilibrium can not satisfactorily explain the real issues.This paper constructs a preliminary analytical framework by analyzing the recognition mechanism and the investors' behaviors. |
