河北省装备制造业创新能力的测定与分析

摘    要:创新能力是一个综合性概念,可从创新资源、创新投入和创新产出三个方面加以衡量。河北省装备制造业创新能力呈现非线性增长趋势和阶段性增长的特征,2000—2004年为第一阶段,创新能力增长较缓慢;2005—2009年为第二阶段,综合创新能力大幅度提升。但近10年来,河北省装备制造业的创新能力低于全国平均水平,且差距有扩大的趋势。大力发展装备制造产业,延长钢铁产业链,走依靠科技进步的可持续发展道路是河北省构建现代产业体系的必然选择。

Abstract:The innovation capability is a comprehensive concept,which can be measured from three aspects,including innovation resources,innovation investment and innovation output.The innovation capability of the equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei province characterizes a trend on a staged increasement and nonlinear growth.For the first stage,from 2000 to 2004,the innovation capability grew in a slower speed.And for the second stage,from 2005 to 2009,the comprehensive innovation capability was greatly enhanced.However,in the latest ten years,the innovation capability of the equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei province is below the national average,and the gap has a tendency of expansion.It is the inevitable choice for hebei province which is constructing the modern industrial system to vigorously develop the equipment manufacturing industry,extend the steel industry chain,go the road of sustainable development relying on scientific and technological progress.
