| 摘 要： | 产业竞争力会随着市场结构的变化和产业之间力量的消长而变化,但它是一种本质上的能力,不是在表象上显而易见的种种比较优势,也不是作为产业生产要素的种种资源。因此,产业竞争力是一种商业化能力而不是科学发明能力。应该说,产业竞争力是指产业由于其产品或服务上的特异性或成本优势而形成的占有市场、获得利润的能力。

| Abstract: | With the change of the market structure and changes of industry growth power,the industry competitiveness will changes,but it is an essential ability,not the obvious comparative advantage in the representation,also not the kinds of resources as industrial production elements.Therefore,the industry competitiveness is a commercial ability not the scientific invention ability.The industry competitiveness refers to the ability that industry can possess the market and make a profit because of its specificity on the products or services or cost advantage. |
