| 摘 要： | 本文系统分析了入世后我省农业发展的不利因素和入世条件下我省财政支持与保护农业发展的政策空间,从加大财政支持力度、调整财政支农重点、增加农民收入和减轻农民负担、完善鼓励社会资金投入农业的财政政策等方面提出了相应的应对措施。

Policy Research on Hebei Financial Support to Agriculture After Entering WTO |

| Abstract: | To effectively deal with the challenge to our province's agricultur e caused by entering WTO, the article analyzes systematically the inferable factor s to development of agriculture and policy space for government's financial supp ort and protection to agriculture. Adjusting emphasis on supporting agriculture , increase farmers income and decrease their burden, taking corresponding financ ial measures to encourage social capital to invest on agriculture. |
