| 摘 要： | 基于我国工业行业研究、开发资本存量的测算,通过建立C-D生产函数模型及在控制制度变量的情况下对2003—2007年研究、开发资本对经济增长作用的研究分析发现,行业研究、开发资本对产出具有明显的促进作用;不同分组行业的产出弹性略有差异,介于0.1～0.5。为此,我国应加大研究、开发的投入强度,优化研究、开发资本在行业间的合理配置,形成聚集效应。

| Abstract: | Based on China's industrial R&D capital stock data,this paper analyzes the effect of R& D capital to economic growth between 2003 and 2007 by establishing a C-D production model.The results show that,in general,the industry R & D capital has a significant role to output;there is difference between industries of the output elasticity of the industry,ranging from 0.1 to 0.5.Therefore,China shall increase the R& D investment and optimize the allocation of R & D capital in different fields so as to generate the concentration effect. |
