从三次分配看中国分配问题的严重性

收入分配不公平已成为阻碍中国经济发展和危及社会稳定的重大问题。在各级分配中收入差距拉大的原因表现为:初次分配忽略制度和公平,再次分配调节力度不够,第三次分配制度缺失。因此,应采取相应的缩小收入差距的对策,诸如:提高劳动者工资、完善用工制度、建立工会组织等,从而实现全社会的和谐发展。

The Discussion about the Seriousness of Chinese Income Distribution Problem in Terms of the Three Assignments

The unfairness of income distribution has become an obstacle to the development of Chinese economy and endanger social stability problems.At all levels of distribution of income gap pulls big reason is: the initial distribution ignoring system and fair,to regulate the redistribution of strength is insufficient,third distribution system deficiencies.Therefore,to take corresponding measures to narrowthe income gap,such as : improving the wages of workers,improve the employment system,to establish a trade union organization,so as to realize the harmonious development of the whole society.
